Your details, in plain language.
Unbubble is a small pilot run by one person, the organiser. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers: your vibe answers, budget, preferred areas and times, and anything you tell us you're unsure about.
- About you: first name, age band, gender, WhatsApp number, email, LinkedIn or work email, and Instagram handle if you add it.
- How you found us: the tracking tag on the link you clicked (for example "instagram"), how far you got in the quiz, and anonymous visit counts (see "Measuring what works" below).
- A selfie, on WhatsApp only: we ask for one when we verify you. We look at it to confirm you're real and don't add it to our records.
Why we collect it
Only two reasons:
- Matching: to put you in a group of 4–6 people you'll get along with, at a time and place that suits you. Gender is used only to keep groups balanced.
- Verification: to check every member is a real person before they meet anyone. This keeps everyone safe.
We also look at the answers as a whole (for example, "what worries people most before signing up?") to make the pilot better.
What we never ask
We don't ask about your political views, religion, caste, health or finances, and we never will.
Who sees it
Only the organiser. The other people in your group see your first name only. Your number is shared only if you both say you'd like to meet again.
Where it's stored
In a private Google Sheet in the organiser's Google account, which only the organiser can open. Google stores the data on its servers. The quiz also remembers your answers in your own browser tab until you close it, so a refresh doesn't lose your progress.
Measuring what works
We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to see which of our posts and ads bring people here, and how many finish the quiz. They see only that a page was visited, that the quiz was started, and that it was finished, along with the usual technical details any website receives (like your device type and rough location).
We never send them your name, number, email or quiz answers. Meta and Google may use cookies to recognise your browser. If you'd rather they didn't, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings or use an ad blocker, and the quiz still works normally.
We never sell it
Not to advertisers, not to anyone. We don't share your details with anyone outside this pilot.
How long we keep it
For as long as you take part in the pilot. If you stop, we delete your details within 12 months of your last experience, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- see what we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete your details, or
- withdraw your consent, which means we stop matching you.
Just message us on WhatsApp (our number) or email us. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm when it's done. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, tell us and we'll put it right.
